Have you ever felt like you're standing on the outside trying to fit in? Feeling self doubt? Constantly overthinking things in the middle of the night? Have crying spells or anxiety that causes you to cancel plans? You may not have the coping skills needed. I can help you overcome anxiety, depression, grief, & low self esteem.

 

I accept in-person clients in Nacogodoches, Tx on Saturdays only. All virtual clients are welcome for weekday evening appointments!
