Helping You to Help Yourself! Conflicts, transitions, crises and other "bumps" in the road of life can be exciting, frightening, or overwhelming. I offer children, couples, adults and elders a safe place and compassionate guidance to discover the most effective ways of identifying and resolving these issues.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over thirty years experience, my commitment to my clients is to help them move toward personal growth and mental health.

By using cognitive-behavioral and other therapy techniques, improving insight and developing problem solving skills, I help clients confront and overcome many problems that interfere with the enjoyment of life.
