Narrative

You may be going through tough times. You are not alone. I am not afraid of looking at BIG feelings. I work on healing people with PTSD. We will work together. You can study yourself. and I will help you to you get back your courage, strength and insight. I want to give support. I have a safe and caring space. I am happy to have the chance to travel with you. You can work on a path of healing and well-being.

I like to work one-on-one or in group settings. I work with people who have been through trauma I use ways to help adults gain self-regulatory skills. I look for what works for you. We can build from there. Together, we will look at ways for you to learn and grow.
