Narrative

Welcome! I am so happy you are visiting my page. Bettering your mental health can be a scary. It can be an overwhelming thing. I try to help people, couples, and families work to grow and heal from the past. They can learn coping skills to adjust to life moving forward.

My personal style of counseling is client centered. I work to find the best plan for you.  Depending on your needs, counseling might include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, play therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, and/or emotion regulation.

I am a licensed professional counselor associate. I love to work with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I work to find the best way to help you feel engaged. You can gain a new insight into your life.  I am flexible. I try to work with you to find the best choice for you!
