If you're tired of putting your life or relationships at risk because of alcohol and drug use or compulsive sexual behavior, I can help. You don't have to live in secrecy and silence regarding your behavior. I know how overwhelming it can be to seek out help. I also know how brave it is to work to regain trust in your relationships and to stop engaging in unwanted behaviors. Whether you're sure or not that you're dealing with an addiction, I'll help you through this. Contact me today to start your recovery journey.
Therapeutically, I use Cognitive Behavior Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in assisting my clients achieve individual goals. Through the use of CBI, I have found that painful issues can be relieved in a shorter period of time than through traditional therapeutic methods.
