Narrative

*TELEHEALTH SESSIONS ONLY*

I am a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). People see me as warm and nonjudgmental. People say things like"(Kaitlyn) built a space where I can be honest." I believe we all need meaning, purpose, and a chance to unlock full potential. I continue to use my knowledge around mild-moderate disabilities. I work with people who have:

• ADHD
• Anxiety
• ID (Intellectual Disability)
• Grief
• Stress

I have worked with people, families, teens, and children. They have their own needs. I like to supporting people with life changes and challenges. I try to improve feelings of anxiety. I try to help people make relationships better. 

Working together is a learning process.  Our first talks are to see if  we are a strong fit for the work needed. First, we work on goal setting, and needs for counseling. I try to make a safe and healing space for working on you and recovery. We can work together to face hardship and traumas.
