Narrative

Hello, thank you for stopping by! I offer personalized services to children, adolescents and adults in the greater Houston area. I have experience working with male teenagers, young adults on the Autism spectrum, OCD, and men struggling with life transitions. I work with clients who are stuck in depression, facing relationship issues and experiencing loss. I also enjoy helping couples navigate conflict and strengthen their emotional and sexual connection.

Clients report that I am easy to talk to. They feel that my approach is both in-depth and practical. I utilize a relationship-centered approach which tailors the therapy to each specific client. I also employ strategies from CBT and solution-focused approaches.

I work with female teenagers, female young adults and females in couple's counseling.
