Hello. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. Whether it is  problems in the past or with everyday life, it can feel overwhelming. Therapy is helpful to deal with the past or current challenges. We can look at hang-ups  and help with unwanted symptoms. We can discover your strengths and  learn coping tools. I can help meet your goals of personal growth and a healthier life. I believe that all people have the strength and ability to make good decisions. My goal is to provide caring, and respectful services.

 Our hard work toward your personal growth will be done in a comfortable,  no judgment and caring way. I want to help you on your healing journey.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with board approved supervisor status. I have students who can provide services at discounted fee.
