Narrative

A therapist is trained to help people cope with problems in living. Through the use of  therapy, we build interpersonal relationships. We can help with changes like increasing a sense of well-being, lessening anxiety, or upsetting experiences. In counseling, we use talk to build a relationship. We use things like play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or anger management therapy. This helps to make better mental health for a couple,  person, or  family. We work to reduce stress from things such as anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD or other behavior disorders. We can help improve adjustments to marriage and family life. We can help lessen conflict. Our goal is to help people live and cope with their everyday problems.
