Are anxious, swirling thoughts keeping you trapped in your head? Do the stresses of life feel larger than you are? Helping tired, stressed, and down people find peace is one of my biggest joys. I have lots of experience helping people of all ages and types handle these hard times. Our offices are on the beautiful canals in Las Colinas. We can do Walk and Talk Therapy. You can leave the the walls of the counseling office. I want to make therapy as easy as possible. I offer online counseling and take insurance.
