Narrative

I know one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. At this point in your life, you could be thinking “something isn’t working.” Or, sometimes, “nothing is working.” Maybe you don’t have fun with things that used to bring you joy. Maybe your sleeping pattern has changed. You’re often getting little to no sleep. You have tried to make change on your own. Your tries leave you stuck in the same place. You feel angry and hopeless. Now, you would like help.

I want to learn your story. I want to work on what help or doing well looks like for you. I fit my counseling to you. I prop up and help people to explore their identity. They can find ways of behavior to work towards living a more fulfilled life.
