Narrative

We are all in this world trying to find our little spot of joy. We want to find where we belong.  We have held tightly to stories of shame and unworthyness.  Our stories tell us to work harder, do better, BE BETTER.  What if the trip is not about being better, but better loving who we are? Finding our real joy.  

I am happy to work with ADHD & Autism. Thank you for allowing me to guide you on your road.

Counseling is about having a caring space to re-write your story.  A place without judgment to clear your thoughts. You can truly find what is best for you.
