Narrative

I have over 15 years of experience and training. I do therapy for children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I work to build fixes for people’s problems. This is based on their own life experiences. Together with the client, I help people discover their inner strengths, We work on understanding  what they are going through. I use a safe, peaceful setting.

Our mind body connection is strong. Our bodies let us know when we are not getting something we need. Signs of unmet needs can be:

• problem behavior
• substance abuse
• sleep problems
• close relationship problems
