In life, we reach a rough point or go through a sudden life changes. We need to make our lives better.  Life changes are due to things like: 

• trauma

that change our mental health. It can make you feel hopeless and alone. I can help guide you. I can help with teaching you skills that you can use daily. I will listen without judging you. I will use my experience. I think I can help you with coping skills. We can take on your problems.
