Narrative

Mental health is  the ability to love, and the ability to work. You want  to have good and fulfilling relationships. You want to take care of your daily needs. You want to be able to use your time well. I offer counseling that helps people understand their thoughts and feelings. You can work to change your behavior. I use Executive Function Coaching (ECF). You can be overwhelmed by frustration, anxiety, or inattention. EFC teaches ways to:

  • stay focused
  • plan ahead
  • get organized
  • make choices
  • follow through


I have experience working with people of all ages.  I most often work with children, young adults, and their families. I specialize in helping clients with ADHD, learning differences, or autism spectrum disorder. We can overcome current problems. We can plan for success though talk therapy. I use behavioral tools to help you.


People want to be heard and understood. My goal as a counselor is to make a bond with my clients. I want to meet people where they are. I hope to be someone who can help you or your loved one better understand the past. I want to help you to grow towards a bright future.
