Narrative

I believe in the healing power of helping in your self-exploration. I welcome children, teens, adults, parents, and couples. People are seeking support for a variety of reasons.  I provide empathy and caring when working with people like you. Feeling understood and cared for are important. They are pieces in any helping relationship. I love working with you through your challenges, concerns, and joys. We can work together as a team.

I have a focus on building awareness and connection now. Working on our obstacles and concerns can help unravel your creativity. You can live life and be fully aware.
