Narrative

Life can be messy. Many problems can come up. They can cause uncertainty, stress, anxiety. There are other problems that can  hold back your well being. Addressing these feelings and challenges head on through therapy can help in handling these stresses. We can give you the tools you need to be happy and healthy. We help with moving ahead into the future.

I am a person centered therapist. I help you and/or your loved. We can work through and identify ways in which you will be able to face life's challenges. This is now and looking forward into the future. I give services to people aged 6 through adulthood. I see you as the expert on your life. I want to work with you to reach your goal!
