I am currently a fully licensed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas and Louisiana.

If you are looking for a therapist that wants to incorporate your important geeky interests into your mental health, I can work with you. I am a Certified Geek Therapist that can help you! Utilizing your interests in the therapeutic setting to walk with you through potential life challenges such as: anxiety, depression, understanding gaming mentality, the grieving process, or feeling overwhelmed during a life transition. I hope to work with you on improving your life and experiencing with you new ways to help foster peace of mind about past, future, or current experiences.


With my experience in Geek Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy, we will explore different aspects of you and discover what it means to have a rich and meaningful life. We will work together to see how you can achieve balance and harmony within your inner system, whatever that may look like.
