My jobis to help you to accept and express yourself to live your best life. If you are here to work through life one step at a time, you have come to the right place. I have a background working with those in the LGBTQ+ community as well extensive experience in case management and skill building with those who are experiencing crises, intellectual disabilities and/or multiple diagnoses. I specialize in a strengths-based approach to help improve resiliency, self-esteem, and wellbeing.

You are one of a kind. Your therapy should reflect that. I use a mix of counseling tools. You may be coming to counseling with a long-standing problem or for a recent development. I am ready to meet you where you are.
