Narrative

I know how hard healing can be for yourself or a loved one. I can help you through the process. We can work on self-esteem, a greater sense of self, and  healthy coping skills. I think that counseling is working together. We can work on healing. You can let your whole self grow. We can work to best meet your needs.


I use play therapy, activity therapy, EMDR, and expressive arts. My counseling experience includes working with issues like:
