Learning and attention issues and other developmental or mental health conditions can make it hard to navigate the everyday experiences and emotional ups and downs of life. The challenges you deal with while keeping up with your responsibilities as a student, an employee, a parent, or a partner can leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed. We all have gifts, but somehow yours have been overlooked, and it seems like the things you struggle with are magnified or misunderstood by others. It’s a lot to process on your own.

My role is to help you develop the skills and strengths that you already have. If you are a parent, I can guide and support YOU with the skills to develop and celebrate your child's strengths.

I am here to listen and guide you toward discovering what you need and want. I strive to provide a safe space. You can feel seen, understood and accepted as your true self.
