Narrative

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina. I believe that every person is able to reach to their fullest potential in life. The right support  and guidance helps. I have lots of counseling experience. I work with young children, teens, and adults of all ages. I use EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy. I can help people who want to have better communication skills.  People who want to build healthier relationships. People who want to learn good ways to deal with life's day to day problems

I believe in treating the whole person. I want to bring healthy balance and peace back to the mind and body. I use active listening. I am nonjudgmental. I have a safe space for healing, self discovery, and empowerment. I want to use the needed tools with each person to reach their goals.

 I am a certified Master trainer in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST). I am trained in ASK about Suicide.
