I can work with children, adults, couples, families, groups, & organizations. I have years of experience working with issues including but not limited to mental health diagnoses; couples & families in conflict; unhealthy relationships; grief & loss; trauma & crisis; stress, anxiety, & perfectionism; social & emotional learning; bullying & conflict resolution; depression & self-harming behaviors; life training & social skills; older adults & family supportive care; case management & networking to community resources. I love having the opportunity to focus on building upon personal strengths, healthy relationships & holistic wellness.
I am a Ph.D., LCSW-S, Practical Parent Education Certified Parent Educator, & State of Texas Parent Mediator/Facilitator with a specialization in clinical practice with individuals, children & families through identifying strengths & utilizing intrapersonal & environmental systems that create successful goals, positive relationships, & healthy lifestyles.
