If you or someone you love struggles with anxiety, emotional regulation, poor social skills, parenting challenges, life transitions, family issues, or independent living then we can help. Our counselors work as a team for people with social communication and anxiety challenges. Spectrum therapists are especially tuned to the needs of persons diagnosed with

Spectrum therapists use answer-based counseling tools. We want to make the best possible experience for people. We can help you meet your counseling goals.


We support neurodivergent people in living their best life! Our clinicians credentials include: Clinical Psychologists (PhD), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW), BCBA, Psychiatrist (MD), SLP, CTRS, etc. Spectrum therapists work as a collaborative team to blend expertise and meet the full needs of our clients.
In addition to mental health therapy, Spectrum provides additional support through Executive functioning coaching, Recreation Therapy, Family support, Psychiatry, Full psychological assessment, Social Skills Instruction, and other services to meet the whole needs of you and your family.
