Narrative

Therapy is a powerful and positive tool which enables an individual to cope with change and circumstances in a manner that provides the individual with both stability and motivation to achieve a renewed balance in life.
My practice includes children, teens, and adults. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic bond with my clients while using the modality of therapy which best fits my clients' needs. My desire is to provide the needed level of support that assists a client in reaching their goals.

I work with clients that may be struggling with grief and loss, divorce, anxiety and depression, trauma, and familial/relationship issues among others.
