Are you feeling overwhelmed of daily life? Are you feeling like no one ever appreciates the things you do for them or understand you? Do you experience feelings of depression and a loss of interest in life? I have 7 years of working with various types of clients in all ages and population. I can help you rekindle your happiness and seeking new adventures or things that can improve your quality of life. I enjoy helping clients in relocating their lost happiness and managing their everyday stress with effective coping skills. I also provide life coaching to enhance the quality of life. I also have an extensive experience working with crisis and clients that have long history of self-harm. My background as a counselor is built on crisis solution focus.
