Narrative
My therapeutic process centers around the person and their own needs. I have an integrative approach. I have a very down-to-earth, caring style. Therapy I incorporate include play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and Trust Based Relational Interventions.
I have lots of experience working with teens and kids who are going through challenges in life. Also, I work with children and adults who have experienced loss, been touched by foster care and adoption, and neurocognitive differences.
I believe in the strength, resilience, and potential for growth in people. Our willingness to face our vulnerabilities and pain is what strengthens us. Through counseling, I look forward to walking alongside people to support them through challenges, celebrate strengths, and empower them to recognize the value and meaning in their lives.
