Are you tired of feeling anxious or depressed? Are you constantly arguing with your teen or child? Do you need help with a drug or alcohol addiction? Let me walk this journey with you to help you overcome your struggles and teach you helpful coping skills. I have helped past clients through depression, anxiety, addiction, and with kids/teens behavioral issues. I can provide individual or family counseling.


I have worked with kids and their families in the school setting as a School Counselor. I have experience with working with students with special needs and providing them with useful coping skills so that they can function better in the school setting. I have also worked with teens with depression and anxiety.
Often the struggles and challenges blind us to living a life filled with hope and meaning. May I walk this journey with you to help you find peace and balance in your life? You are one step closer to starting on your path to healing and change. I have evening, weekend, and virtual appointments.
