Narrative

I offer help to teenagers and adults who have depression or anxiety.  Some people have family issues, grief, and fear. I can help you walk through the pain in your life. I can guide you to a safe place. You can find comfort and caring. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2007. I can tell you that you are not alone. Many of us suffer through pain and heartache. It is okay to seek out help in your time of need. Let me help you find peace & joy.

I am trained in play-therapy for young children. I have worked in both middle and high schools. I can help help with school issues and family issues. I've also worked with foster families and children. This has showed me how to help others as best I can.
