Narrative

My practice serves children, teens, and adults. For children, parents our working together is the most important part of a good outcome. Part of my service is to improve parenting skills. I can offer information, encouragement, and support. Teenagers face special challenges in life. We need to build bridges of communication and understanding. Parents and teens can better work on healthy maturity. For adults in therapy, I can help your identify and enhance yours strengths, skills, and resources. I can meet your own concerns. As a former U.S. Army Reservist, I can relate to military personnel and their issues.


As a Marriage and Family Therapist I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Certified and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Our emotional health is critical to our well-being. I have 25 years experience and training in the mental health field. I can help you find your way out of pain and distress to healing and growth.


I want to see my clients able to lead a fulfilling life. In working with couples, I want to see you enjoy being together again! Building closeness, with good communication skills, is essential to your happy relationship. I want your family to be able to work together.
