I have worked with adolescents and young adults since the beginning of my adult life. I find so much joy connecting with young people and being a supporter of adolescents and their families. I work well with adolescents and young adults that are neuro atypical as well as neuro typical. Therapy involves a personal connection, that I create with the client. My clients get to know me as I get to know them. We laugh and we cry together. We celebrate and mourn together. Many of my clients have experienced anxiety, depression, self harm, social issues, family conflict and school problems.

I offer a safe and kind therapeutic space where nothing is off limits to discuss. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) coaching through gentle yet firm feedback. I value humor, vulnerability and honesty, and bring these traits into every session to the best of my ability.
