**COUNSELING 7 DAYS - EVENING & WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS!**

We are a team of counseling professionals, including Psychologists, LPCs and Child/Play Therapists. Are you experiencing anxiety and depression as you adjust to a new situation, or struggle with a life-long issue that's affecting other areas of your life? Can you set boundaries? Do you care too much what other people think? Is your child suffering through your divorce, engaging in self-destructive or other problematic behavior? Counseling provides a safe space where these and other difficulties can be processed and addressed, improving self-awareness and learning new ways of coping.

As an interdisciplinary team of counseling professionals, we assist clients of all ages and populations. We use many therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, sand tray and play/art therapy for children. Some specialties include marital difficulties, PTSD, anxiety/depression, codependence, adjustment, parenting and blended families.
