Narrative
I am a Bilingual Educational Counselor.
I have extensive Knowledge creating individualized programs to stimulate and potentialize students' cognitive, emotional, behavioral and social skills. I create individualized programs combining neuropsychology, educational counseling and special education. I work applying longitudinal assessments in order to show cognitive, behavioral and emotional growth to the client, and their families.
My specialties include: psicoeducational assessment and treatment, cognitive-stimulation programs (attention, concentration, memory, visual-constructional functions & executive functions), Conditions: Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury, Orthopedic Impairments, and Autism. Special Education Advocacy (IDEA Law,504 Rehabilitation Act, RTI, ARD Meetings, Community resources, and Special education Programs.
