Narrative

All people have can have struggles or crisis in their lives. As an experienced licensed psychologist, I want to help people. They can overcome obstacles and meet goals. They can work on lasting and meaningful changes in their lives. I provide individual, group, and family counseling.  People may have:  

• depression
• anxiety
• trauma
• grief/loss
• life stress
• parenting challenges
• ADD (attention-deficit disorder)
• behavior problems

I also do psychl evals for children, teens, and adults. Special interests include:

• child and teen counseling
• helping abused children
• anxiety

• ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

I believe that counseling plans should meet the needs of each person and family. I try to provide good quality services in a supportive, safe space.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
