Life has changed a lot. I'm here to help you feel confident about what's coming next! I specialize in treating grief, stress management, disability management, and life transitions. I know what it's like to start again and change your plan. I understand the complex feelings associated with unexpected or unwanted changes. I will walk alongside you to provide comfort, confidence, and assurance that you will be able to have the experiences and the life you want.
The foundation of our work together will be strengths-based, using areas where you excel to jumpstart your success and change your areas of insecurity to opportunities for courage and pride. I will also focus on connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify what's getting in the way of your success without creating shame.

I can provide structured interventions that include homework, or I can sit with you and listen as you share overwhelming feelings for the first time. I balance any structure with kindness, empathy, and a warm hearted welcome in each session. I wholeheartedly believe good changes can occur at any age and that I can help you find confidence again.
