**LIMITED WEEKEND AND EVENING AVAILABILITY**

I am so glad you are here! Congratulations on taking the first step towards mental wellness. It can be the scariest.

My approach is about our relationship with one another. I believe it is important for you to find a safe space. You can talk about the things you want. You are welcome to do so. There is no judgement.

I will meet you exactly where you are at on your journey. I place the highest importance on what it is you want to talk about and your goals. I will point out your strengths and empower you to see these strengths in yourself as well.
