Narrative

Do you find yourself thinking "I'm a failure", "I'm useless" and/or "I'm not important" over and over again? I am here to remind you, YOU ARE NOT. It's easy to lose sight of who you are, especially in today's world. Deciding to seek counseling can be a hard choice. Finding the  right counselor can be even harder. I have been there. What  learned is that every step starts with the choice to try. I want you to begin this journey. I'll walk with you every step of the way.

During counseling we will look at the stresses and challenges you face. I will make a plan to fit your needs. We will  work together to help you reach your goals. If it's dealing with relationship problems, adjustment, or you just need someone to talk to, I am here to help.

Putting your mental health first is important in this day and age. If it's with me or another counselor, and/ or your first time in therapy or your fifth. If you are looking for counseling now, it is courageous in itself. I am rooting for your success.
