I am an attachment-based and trauma-focused counselor. I believe in building a trusting  relationship. I use talk and activities. I use a broad approach to meet people where they are emotionally. I am trained in TF-CBT and EMDR. These tools help treat a wide range of problems. The most important thing a person needs is someone who listens. Someone who accepts them without judgment. I recognize the emotional needs of people. I see the inner worth of all people. We all come from different places. We are all unique.
