Narrative

I love working with people with eating disorders and body image issues. I have experience in working with both. I spent years working in a treatment center which specializes in eating disorders.  I have lots of experience with anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I have a special interest in Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I apply it in my practice regularly. I also am familiar with several other types of therapies which I use to help personalize my work with each person.

Making the choice to get help for your mental wellbeing is very important and brave. I am here to support and help you on your path to a better, more fulfilled life. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. We look at all aspects of your life.
