Narrative

I work to help people dealing with upsetting feelings. This can be bad relationships or not knowing what to do. It can be the way life is going. I see all kinds of people.

People may have suffering from

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • not wanting to do things
  • family and friend problems
  • trauma

I will help you to learn of how our past is part of our lives now. You learn about yourself. You learn about the start of your problems. You will become more self-aware. You can feel life is better. You can get tools to make good changes.

I want to look for a helpful, caring way to work with people. I want to help you grow. Care, respect, and no judgment are helpful.

I think counseling gives hope to learn about yourself. You can look at others and your world. My hope is to join you on a path to more wellness. It will help your relationships, work, and things you like to do.

I look forward to hearing from you…
