Hello! I'm Susan. I am a former Marine and native Texan. I love giving the gift of therapy to others. I’ve worked with adults with: 

  • IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities)
  • Autism
  • Cerebral Palsy 
  • Usher Syndrome 
  • Other disabilities

I love working with Neuro-Diverse people. I am a Neuro-diverse person myself. As a veteran, I also enjoy working with veterans. I approach counseling from a trauma-informed and human way. I understand that my clients are the experts on themselves. I may be able to offer some insight.


My people can learn the coping skills that are needed for hard times. I aim to empower my people. I can teach them how to set safe boundaries with others. They can learn to advocate for themselves.

I see myself an LGBTQ+ ally. I have experience working with lesbian, gay and transgender youth.  I like to work with people I see.  Your input is important. We can make a good treatment plan.
