Narrative

We believe that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected; we will help you take inventory of your mental health, physical health, and emotional health to find what works for you. When working towards a goal, people struggle with balance; they stop drinking, but start binge eating; end a toxic relationship, begin isolation; gain financial independence, lose family time. We offer alternative therapies for those searching for a holistic and eclectic approach to counseling, including creative arts, mindfulness meditation, and logotherapy, the belief that we can find meaning in suffering.


We provide teletherapy, ecotherapy (outdoors) at every park and trail near Mission and/or McAllen area, or at at one of our office locations. We are composed of a team of therapists offering teletherapy and offer in-person sessions.


Red Apple Therapy, PLLC draws experience from working with the military, families, couples, and adolescents to treat trauma, addiction, behavioral disorders, and other various issues. Our focus is to find what works for you. Feel free to call, text, or email us for a free consultation.
