Are you or your family struggling emotionally with life's challenges? Have you have tried everything to fix the problem? You don't know where else to turn?

I can help. I can look at your strengths. I can help you learn healthy habits. I want to teach you healthy coping skills. I can help you and/or your family cope. We can overcome family issues/couples issues, mental illness. We can work on struggles you may face during each part of life. We can work through life trauma. You can live a life free of mind pain.


I have lots of experience helping men, women, children, teenagers, families, and trauma victims. I enjoy helping couples as well. I really like helping children, teenagers, and young adults. I am able to really work (build rapport) with them well.


I also like helping people who are physically disabled.  I am able to relate to them well. I also help children ages 5 and up using play therapy.

I live in Katy. I look forward to helping the people of Katy and the area for many years.
