Depression, anxiety, trauma and other issues can feel hard. With counseling, people can learn to overcome those feelings. Stress can cause us to feel out of control. but Using counseling, we can work with you to move past that. You can gain control of your life.

Journeys Counselings Center is a team of 7 counselors in the Lubbock area. We work with all ages:child, teen, and adult. We can look at almost every counseling need. We have evening and weekend hours. We travel to homes, schools & daycares.
