Narrative

I believe in meeting people where they are at emotionally.  I want to help them and their parents reach their goals. Through a positive relationship with my client I try to help them gain insight into their desire to belong and have significance. I continually work to create a supportive environment for children in order for the child to gain insight and understanding into their unique world. With insight the child and therapist can collaborate to reduce the child's current stressors possibly leading to problematic behaviors.


I specialize in working with children/teens through play and activity therapy. I work with the parents and schools as well to help children. I also work with adults struggling with relationships, depression, and anxiety.


We work with families going through divorce and are in litigation. We can attend ARD's and 504 meetings at parent requests. We work with the parents to help with behavioral strategies and support. We also see adults and help with a variety of issues in regards to relationships.
