Life can be challenging. It can present us with stressful and difficult situations. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families to help process and overcome these challenges. Together we will work on learning ways to reduce and cope with stress, improve relationships with self and others, and find inner peace.

I use an integrative approach that is dependent on what will benefit each individual the most. I like to integrate sand tray, play, nature, and expressive arts.

I try to make a personal counseling relationship that is caring, accepting, and encouraging. I want to provide a safe and caring space so you can work through feelings without fear of being judged.
