Narrative

Hello! I provide great care to children, teens, and adults. I try to help people see their choices. We can find answers. I can help you make a plan to get the kind of life you want. I like to use approaches that use body awareness. such as EMDR in order to target the entire nervous system. I enjoy helping people navigate life's stages. Some are teen years, young adulthood, career moves, marriage, and parenting. 

I am a trained EMDR clinician. EMDR is good for people who have gone through trauma. Trauma can be:

• abuse
• assault
• accidents 
• war

It can lessen emotional distress, improve self-esteem, and help pain or hurt.

I am also a trained Mediator. I think that healing comes through a bond to others and feeling safe with them. I am happy every time someone lets me be a part of their healing.
