Narrative

I want to help people who have daily problems that are holding them back from living their best life. I can handle many problems like:

  • family and friend problems
  • trauma 
  • life transitions 
  • addictions
  • grief and loss

  • low self-esteem 

I am also EMDR trained and Trauma certified. I strive to make a working relationship. It is built on respect and trust. I meet each person where they are. I use people-centered and answer based tools. I work to make a safe and caring space. You and your counselor can work together to fix problems.
My main goal as a counselor is to help you make good changes. I can see stress. I can help you find your own personal strengths. I want to help you to reach your life goals one day at a time. I use counseling tools to help you reach your goals.
