Narrative

 I look at the body, mind, and spirit of the person.  I know that life's challenges and unhealed traumas often block joy and peace in our lives. My practice is trauma informed. It means that I am very concerned with the impact of loss and trauma on the lives of people I see.  I work with people to establish a sense of hope to help them get through current and future problems. Making a caring bond is key.

I want to empower people to overcome personal challenges and gain new insight. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with adolescents (12 or older), and adults.
