Narrative

I work working with both children and adults with disabilities. For the past 8 years, I have been helping clients as a Behavioral Health Coach for 8 years.

I see myself as a mindfulness-based therapist. I work as your partner. I can help you gain clarity, meaning, and wanting to be better. You can have a good change of behavior. I look at the whole person approach. I understand the link between physical and mental health.

You may want counseling to learn new coping skills. You may want to work on  feelings and bad experiences. We will work with you to help you be who you want to be. I work to have a safe space for all.
